How to reach us
By car
From Bellevue in the direction of Rehalp/Zollikerberg/Forch, between Burgwies and Balgrist. We provide two parking spaces for our patients directly in front of the practice.
Public transport
Tram (11, direction of Rehalp) to the stop Burgwies. You go on foot about 2 minutes uphill to reach the practice.
Forch local railway (S18, direction of Esslingen) as far as the stop Balgrist. On foot it is about 3 minutes downhill.

Annual inspection
Please find out in advance whether the costs of the preventive examination will be covered by basic or supplementary insurance, and inform us of this before the examination.
Appointment scheduling
For administrative reasons, we are unfortunately unable to schedule appointments via email. Please call us during office hours at+41 (0)44 389 10 50 You can also book your appointment conveniently online. If you are unable to find a short-notice appointment online, please contact us by phone. Thank you for your understanding.
Please cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance if you are unable to attend. This will prevent you from being charged for the time reserved for you. We expect you to arrive at our practice 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment so that any necessary examinations and checks can be carried out before your appointment.

If you do not receive a prescription within 4–5 days, please call us.
If we are away on holiday, please contact our representative or your family doctor if necessary.
